With Ryan Bennett leaving the club this summer the Swans have less options in the middle of their defence and it is a clear area where we need to strengthen during the summer months.

News to me? I know that we are looking to ship him out but I didn't think this was a certainty yet due to his wages which other clubs will likely not be willing to match?

I think we’ve been pretty disrespectful to Bennett, if I’m him I’m doing a fulton and taking the money, and then a nice signing on fee for the final years of my career at league 1 club.

I agree that he has always been professional and always gives his best every time he plays.
It is also true though that the RM style of football doesn't seem to be well suited to him.
