I may be asking a thick question here, but why did Hamer sign for us? He had a fair few starts for Huddersfield this season from what I can see, so why would he come here to keep the bench warm? It's unlikely he would have been given any assurances that he eould start for us, unless Cooper has lied through his teeth. Anyone know if he's any good?

I doubt we will win the league, we are not good enough. Fred is a good keeper, he is however on loan, so Steve should have no qualms about resting him for the odd game. If we miss out on promotion, which has a high probability, we should be giving an employee some experience coordinating with our defence.
