Be interesting to see this seasons accounts. Wage bill for the number of coaches alone must be pretty sizable.

We seemed to have more coaches than ever in recent months.
Matos brought a pretty decent team in with him so I would guess it's just a clean slate with his team.

We need to have a team all working together and pulling in the same direction.

Yeah I think it has been a case of him coming in trying to steady the ship, and not rock the boat further. Now with the Season over is the right time to do the personnel changes.

You will always have individuals who do a job for a set period, come in to help, don't fit or are not happy.

Matos along with his team are a solid set, we just replenish if needed with people who fit in and are happy to join.

It’ll only be time to worry if our DoF appointment has a “Jobs for the boys” connection. Coaching staff can come and go and as long as Matos is happy and they can carry out his instructions I really don’t mind.

No compromise with DoF though. Needs to be someone suited to the role.
