    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

I think I put on another thread it will be there for a little while yet until the traffic calms down. The aim is to keep that one as before longer term but short term it needs to remain there
 
Looks really good. Only thing that needs changing is the naff portrait banner on mobiles. The landscape banner looks good

Not sure if it's just me but the page numbers per thread does not show under the thread title when using a mobile. So when I go to the football only board I see all the threads. I know the transfer window thread has four pages. I have no option but to click on that and navigate to page 4. On a desktop PC I do see the page numbers displayed under the thread title. Therefore I can go straight to page 4.

I reckon the new banner will look good it just needs a bit of adjustment as its too small atm. Trim some of the green away and make the writing bigger. The banner on landscape mode looks spot on here👌

Anyone else been offline for 24 hours? A message said it was due to the server switch. I assumed it was affecting everyone but having come back on today it appears people were posting yesterday as normal. I cleared out my cache yesterday but it still wouldnt let me on

Is your ISP Virgin Media? For some reason the DNS refresh there took 24 hours but most were within the 15 minutes that it was set at.

If its consolation mine was Virgin Media :D - tethering my phone had it working

I dont know why it was so with Virgin Media but it did seem to do it - I assumed there was a wider problem yesterday but as soon as a tethered to my phone it worked.

Did some googling last night and it seems a problem they often get criticised for
