• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

"Big Boys" on CH4. Beautiful, funny, dark, relatable. The writer is gay, and this is broadly biographical, so it's the sort of thing Russel T Davies might've done, if that helps your decision-making either way.

The acting in Adolescence is superb. After the first episode I found the rest of it quite boring.

Yellowstone and the spin off shows are good along with the Mayor of Kingstown.

That’s exactly where I am with it and repeated it to work colleagues and mates.

Thought the first one was excellent, then trailed off dramatically. Brilliant filming style and acting, but I didn’t enjoy the whole thing.

First episode was excellent, struggled to stay engaged with the rest of it.

All of the above mentioned are great though haven'e seen Silo. Prime Target is good.
Enjoying 1923 at the moment and cant wait for the the next season of Landman.

Tehran was excellent

Adolescence has made the Twitter patriots INCANDESCENT with rage. Anti white propaganda apparently. Outraged they are.

What a brilliant show this was. Utterly mesmerising and thought provoking.

The moronic twitter response (WHY IS HE WHITE 😢😢) is second in abject stupidity only to the people that believe Penelope Keith shot JFK…

Couldn’t agree more, after the first episode, it declined rather quickly. Everyone in the family, I have spoken to, agreed. All rather disappointing.

It’s a 3/10 for me, and the 3 points are for the acting, which was rather good, otherwise it’s a big fat zero.
