• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Decent first half. So much more solid with Cabango back.

Burgess looks very solid, less flair than Darling but possibly less prone to an error.

Ronald not having a bad game, similarly Eom and Cullen. Galbraith a bit anonymous. Full backs look fine defending and threatening going forward. Some nice link up play out wide.
Fulton and Franco look slow, hence silly bookings.
No real creativity or threat in the middle.

So far, better than expected, but another midfielder and forward are obvious requirements as they were throughout the summer. Need some forward drive in midfield and some creativity. And need to find a way of making sure one of Fulton and Franco don’t get sent off.
And going long with Cullen up front is silly.

Would have taken nil nil at halftime all day long.

The performance has been miles better than the corresponding fixture last season imo. If that is any indication then we are in for a great season.

For the second half, I would bring on Widell, drop Galbraith further back, take off one of Fulton or Franco (Frnaco isn’t any better than Fulton this half). After a short while, bring in Inoussa, move Eom inside and take the other one of Franco / Fulton off. Later Vip for Cullen.
