People are entitled to their opinion. People might see it early doors and be correct, they maybe proven wrong in time.....it's their right to have an opinion and even change it if they wish.
You don't like it, you don't have an entitlement to make them stop because you don't want to hear it.

People can be challenged if your view differs but there are ways to go about it.
Of course people are entitled to their opinion. They’re also entitled to wear socks with sandals, doesn’t mean I have to sit quietly and admire it.

I think we're now at the point following the IB where criticism towards Sheehan can be seen as more 'reasonable'. I like him a lot more than the coral of managers before him, but he definitely has some questions to answer.

He's done a decent job sorting the defence out, and we have been fairly hard to beat, but it is undeniably boring to watch. We have had the 2nd fewest touches in the box this season, and I'm sure that will improve, but it really doesn't help inspire fans that might be on the fence

On what grounds are you arriving at this belief?
What I should have said is my belief is our expectations shoukd be a top third second tier side.....based on where we as a club have become following the rescue by the sellouts.
We have managed ro remain in the 2nd tier and not had the issues we did baxk in the 80s following our fall from the old 1st division.
Back then we put ourselces into hock to get to the promised land and invested in the wrong areas today we are more structured.
Back in my early days under Harry I was happy stating im the fourth division.....and watching local lads playing sime entertaining football. Then came Tosh who took us to places we could have only dreamed of.
Following Tosh came some real lows and then oppirtunity to learn who was and who wasnt a good manager...as many passed through....

You think we should be higher because we didn’t go lower?

No what I am saying is where we are is about we our expectations as fans should be....given where we are as a club in terns if finances etc. Im not one who believes we are entitled to be pushing for a PL place.
Unlike when we fell out of the old div1 we have the set up not go into freefall ....but we sjouldnt be complaent
What our owners expectatiins are thats somerhing else.

I read something about an ‘all time league table’ a while back, and whilst I don’t remember the fine detail, it placed us somewhere close to the top of League One. I think that’s where we would likely land if we measured attendances as well. Top eight of the Championship is a bit of a stretch.

Bollocks.. we've signed 5 players costing over 1 million each, loaned in Championship player of the season for Burnley Manuel Benson and Malick Yalcouye who had multiple clubs attempting to sign him, because he dominated midfields in Europe apparently, plus 2 youngsters on loan and a journeyman CB.. Preston, Millwall, Bristol City, WBA, QPR and Stoke and Watford are above us in the table who didn't even come close to our spend.. our start has been mediocre, do i think we're good enough for the play offs, no.. we're pretty ordinary, which Leicester quite comprehensively put us in our place, but saying we're this little club punching above our weight bollocks for eternity isn't true, we've been paying multi millions for years into this club, and we've been largely been sh*te, fans are still staying away BTW, which tells you everything
