• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I've been out and about, so not following this one closely. I've come in to see we've picked up a point away at a recent PL team who we have a terrible recent record against and one of our players was the clear MOTM. I'm guessing everyone is delighted?
🤣

For once, Fulton took an entirely acceptable booking.

Eom giving away that free kick right at the end was brainless and if he'd cost us a point I'd have transfer listed the dick.

A really rubbish game and rubbish performance, and therefore an extremely satisfying point. Especially as we usually concede in injury time in situations like that.

I bet Southampton fans are more disappointed about only getting a point than Swans fans.
I know we were dreadful but we move on.

They missed 3 open goals! And I'm not exaggerating

Always take a point away from home - especially when dominated that much.

Really need to see something in terms of creativity and improved performances over these next 5 games before the November break though.

We played a bit better in the second half, but that is still one of the jammiest, spawniest away points you'll ever see. Undeserved and embarrassing.
Exactly we won’t have as much luck again in a game.
The only positive was a point The rest as you say embarrassing

We've got some really decent players here, but we've got a shite team.

I'm just happy we held on. And Manning and Downes didn't come on to score. We can all moan as much as we want about today, but a point is a point. There won't be many games like that this season unless it's against top teams or Man City.

Still scratching my head how that wasn't 5 or 6-0.

We will take a thumping sooner or later if we carry on with setting up like this.

In the context of the game even taking just one point was daylight robbery.

My biggest worry is the lack of service we are providing to Vipotnik, we didn't create a single opportunity for him and the only involvements he was able to get was when he dropped deep to link up the play.

We didn't have one clear cut opportunity in the whole match
