One of the huge positives from this season has been Vipotnik. It is slightly worrying that despite scoring almost every shot he has taken he still only has 6 goals. Considering he offers very little other than incredible finishing if that finishing drops off he may suddenly look unworthy of a place in the team.

I forgot he was on the pitch until the commentator said his name just then. Says a lot

Yes. We played even worse against Southampton but clung on. Today we have followed up 6 weeks of poor performances and results with a complete collapse.
We've been poor all season but the performances against Charlton & Preston were slightly better.
This is not a surprise though it's been coming all season, the comments of we've been in every game is meaningless in a poor standard

Finally worked out Benson’s strength - great at going past his man and then passing it straight to a defender.

I think he holds the ball up quite well and does lay it off but he hardly ever has any midfielder running past him to give it to.

Yeah, but they look devoid of ideas. Galbraith has been very quiet and there's just no creativity or ideas. Benson just seems garbage too
And that comes down to coaching, movement and off the ball runners, confidence to pass it into spaces and take chances taking on a man are all things you coach into players day in day out with training

The lack of any of that tells you all you need to know about the way the side is being set up and coached
