Todays performance reminded ne of the Cardiff game under Duff totally unacceptable.

Not a single yellow in a 3.0 battering says it all.

If it were not for Burgess and his 2 blocks plus a sitter they missed it could easily have been 6.

No way the players gave everything today looked to me as if they couldn't give a toss.

To be fair we looked like and we did win back the ball fast in first half. Whatever reason, I don't see it as players down tools. Just confidence. It's like anything. Any job. Lose faith in direction and the mind wanders and you lose confidence in the process. Difference is they are under a massive microscope. Yes paid alot and little excuses. Well they can't hide now with new manager.

It’s still more confidence for me. Our average age in the squad is around 24, lots of younger guys who are probably struggling with belief right now. Let’s not forget we were without Cabango and Tymon. Samuel’s Smith and Casey are relatively inexperienced although I like both.

Our decision making process went out of the window when Hellburg fooked off up North. Although I'm hoping VM was part of a plan B strategy and not a panick buy.

Benson for me has screamed self entitlement player from day 1. His post has shown me a player who thinks he is better than he is. He has shown very little to be given any opportunity. Players like this can do one.

But to be fair and no offense meant, you are one of many posters on this forum who keeps banging the drum that we have a weak squad at every opportunity. At present time you have a stronger argument than I do based on our circumstances. But I hope for you, me, the fans and the clubs sake that you are wrong.

None taken - and I also would love Matos to do what the last 4 coaches have failed to do and convince me that all these players just needed was a decent coach.

I'm interested what his coaching staff can do, but the Portuguese 2nd division doesn't inspire any confidence, but we've all got to get behind him
