I did indeed haha but it’s everywhere. Race across the world is an obv example
I’ve never seen Race Across the World but I thought the fella on The Wheel last night telling everyone he has a stoma was superb. Call it virtue signalling if you want but when you have one of those that kind of public acknowledgement can go a long way for some people.

I completely understand that.

My point is simply that EVERYONE has to have a story now.

Yeah, a guy in my office did a show a year or three back. The programme makers helped him manufacture a "human angle" story, as without one he'd not have got the nod.

Folk who dont signal when on or approaching roundabouts, ffs.
Apologies if it's been done already, just gets on my nubs.🤬

My pet hate at the moment, is the supermarkets absolutely screwing us in Wales.

Take for example Madri, 10 cans are 12 quid, but in England, it’s 2 for 20.

The absolute rotters are screwing the Welsh right up the jacksy, it’s 2 units per can, = a quid a can. Oh no, these ball bags at the supermarkets artificially increase their price on a pack of ten, to screw us even more.

Then they ask you if you want a receipt!

Oh god, dont get me started on that, took the boy to B&M the other day, he spent over a 100 quid, stuff like shelves, and other stuff, then the cashier says’ do you want a receipt’? I was fucking tamping in the car on the way home, I’m saying to my son, yeah if bits are missing for 50 quid, you can take it on the chin, chuck it in the bin, and go back and spend another 50. Fuck it grips my shit, do yo want a receipt? Of course I do you bloody lemon. 🤣

And speaking from personal experience, no receipt in B & M and they won't take anything back. These companies shouldn't ask, it should be compulsory in all shops that when you purchase anything a receipt is issued as proof of purchase.

Just as well you could buy half the stock in B&M for a tenner and still have enough change for a pint of Carling in the Marquis Arms...

Absolutely! The people on the till are like robots 'do you want a receipt' if you don't take one, you have just given up your consumer rights, if something is wrong, you will have a battle to get your money back.

I was in Iceland a few months back, spent a few quid, ' do you want a receipt?' I said to the girl, just out of curiosity if I get home, and the chicken is off, can I get my money back next week?, 'oh no, you will have to come back today, :) Biggest joke ever, Lidls have done it right, just scan the Lidl Plus app, and you get a digital receipt, same as morrisons More App, the others are lagging way behind,
