• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

The giants of Welsh football who are having a 2.5 million capacity stadium built can’t even sell their allocation for a fixture against their little South Walian cousins…joke of a club and some of their ‘supporters are far more deluded than those up the road.
200 mile round trip on a Friday evening six days before Christmas, hardly a surprise they haven't sold out their entire allocation.

It wouldn't surprise me if you're watching this game from the comfort of your armchair.

Deckchair not armchair mush, a couple of Brahmas on Copacabana Beach for me…no Elvis or Biggs mind.

Wrexham aren't in the relegation zone though. They're the only teams we beat.
And its half way through the season. The way I look at the table is that the table only makes sense when youve played everyone twice, except for half way when youve played everyone once*.(I know it never actually works out that way) Half way mark is good place to START looking at the table. If we cant beat teams above us its going to be a miserable few months. i.e. more of the same.
