Yes, but I think as far as the film, it’s raised a hell of a lot of awareness of Tourette’s, years ago I used to think it was funny, when they showed snippets on tv or you tube about Tourettes, for me 15 minutes into I swear, I didn’t laugh. I just felt compassion. And what the poor bloke had to go through. Hopefully the support will follow.Also,
Experience. Not personal experience but I’ve seen the impact the condition and lack of institutional support for myself. It’s better now than in Johns youngest years obviously and a lot of that is down to him. But it’s such a debilitating condition.
