Thought EOM was on today, can’t understand how he was hooked before Ronald
Probably for dribbling on our goal line, our manager and coaching staff probably thought he's on a multimillion pound contract and he's doing stunts like that which cost us a goal, Burgess's clearance wasn't great, but if Eom does a professional job, we might have got back into it

Well that was a sobering experience. We played some lovely football early doors but we can’t hit a cow’s arse with a banjo.
Tymon has to hit the target, Franco has to score, Widell was somewhat unlucky but Vip had peeled off and a simple pass and we score.
Our defence can’t cope with that much movement. Coventry move the ball very quickly from back to front, they are quick and strong.
Lampard has Grimes playing a different game to the one he played here and whether we like it or not he was excellent.
That’s the benchmark that we’re aiming for. We won’t be as good as that next season but with the right recruitment we can get a lot closer and top 8 is achievable.

Time for a drink.
I actually thought we played much better in first half with the ball than them. Difference was they had good Wingers and it showed what exsactly we have been lacking all season other than Tymon. When your left back is the highest assist in the team then you have to start questioning things. Suprised Nunes didn't come on for Ronald today too. Stamenic should of started too.

Both centre halves aren’t good enough to start although I thought the penalty was a terrible decision- at the time I wasn’t sure but the replay looked like no contact was made and their player conned the ref. We need another RB and a proper midfield enforcer as it took Stamenic coming on to at least make a physical challenge. Disappointing in the extreme.

I think my frustration is Eom has all the potential to be something special. His movement and cutting in sometimes is brilliant
But he is so hot and cold and brings nothing in assists or goal threat. I would be replacing him and Ronald in the summer.
He deserved to be on the pitch a lot longer than Ronald did, today

I hope so. This is the difference between a play off contender and an also ran though, isn't it? We just don't take our chances, or at least, don't take them often enough.
100%, It was the same against Wrexham last week.

I feel we've got enough points onboard to see us through, come May.

Should have got you on the blower all things considered.

We'd be champions of Europe in no time

We were by far the better side and should have gone in 3-0 up not 3-0 down. A bonkers game but we were terrible second half with no threat again - same old every game

I'm not one to get on bandwagon. But if Matos is serious next season we have to.

- Sell Eom
- Sell Ronald
- Buy Quality RB
- Buy Quality Wingers
- Shake Up Defense
Be surprised if we sold 2 of the 3 wingers we currently own (I guess you could count those out on loan too in fairness) but I agree that if they’re both starting 40+ games again next year we’re very unlikely to make the playoffs.

Starting centre half and right back follows on from at least one starting winger on my shopping list too 👍

Although we dominated most of that game playing some stellar football. Matos must address the blind spot he has regarding Ronald - nowhere near the level required.
Couldn't agree more, Dillwyn, how he managed to remain on the pitch today is beyond me.

The other day I mentioned him being a decent squad player. We need to move him on in the summer.

I thought it was a poor team selection.

Doing the whole Galbraith at walkabout vaguely right back vaguely whatever doesn’t work and I’m alarmed that Matos doesn’t recognise that (at least until half time),

Didn’t think it was a penalty but lack of reaction from Cabango makes me think maybe he did catch him.
Grimes was nailed on to score. The minute before that summed up why we aren’t higher in the table. Shocking. As was the lazy leg from Galbraith for the third.

Our midfield combo was wrong. And second half wasn’t better. Although we’d given up by then. Which was disappointing .

I’m a little concerned that any decent team and we can’t get a win. If you can’t beat a team by running, effort and a good press we don’t seem to have anything else.

It will be interesting next season if that’s a player problem or a Matos problem.
