With no other striker cover for Vipotnik it will never happen.

Even when Cullen returns from his injury I don't see him going out on loan, Cullen is a waste of space as a lone striker and this is hopefully well known to everyone advising Matos as well as Matos himself.

Today I thought he was promising, he played his part in Inoussa's goal and was hungry and alive. He should be involved plenty more than he has been so far
If we get a ST in and I think it's something we have to look at doing then he needs to go out and play 90mins week in week out.

He does look promising but not championship ready yet.

Joel Piroe started for Leeds yesterday ,
Looked sharp although he had a penalty saved played well , hit the post with one shot keeper pushed out one shot to a Leeds player to score ,
Was instrumental in the second Leeds goal with a superb dummy for Gnoto to score .
He is a clever player .

If he came back to the Swans he would make a huge difference.

I thought people were hyping Wales up a bit based off of one goal off the bench against lower league opposition, but he's had some more chances with Idah injured and they've been really encouraging.

I agree there's no chance he's going out on loan with Idah injured. We apparently have very little money to spend in this window, so why spend any of it on a striker who may be no better than Wales, a player we already own?

Wales’ involvement in the second goal against West Brom was great to see. Doesn’t look physically out of his depth either. Some back up for striker would be helpful but I’d be happy for him to take that role if we don’t do anything in the market.

2 assists is correct.
Ronald has definitely gone backwards compared to last season, same with Eom in that respect.
But half a season under Sheehan where we were afraid to attack has played a huge part in that.
No way has Eom gone backwards compared to last season. Probably man of the match yesterday. Made big strides and definitely one of our better players.

Casey can play RB as well though, can't he?
Why not play him there to release Galbraith up into MF?

We've wondered this for 5 months... maybe a loyalty to Key and a fill in with Galbraith. The fitness consistency of both Cabango and Burgess has limited Casey's CB opps.

Maybe West Ham want him in the shop window or how he will do in the Championship with West Ham next season.

I'm a fan of Casey. I'm sure if he was our youth product he would have had more appearances.

Eom was poor this season until Matos took over the reins. Decent latter part of last season but didn’t follow that up at the start of this one.
Under Matos he looks to have regained his confidence and had a fine game yesterday.

I said it while back and I think it still stands now, pro rata minutes on the pitch and Wales' performances are on par with what Idah has offered so far.
