Great result.

Excellent from Eom, Franco, Fulton, Tymon, Galbraith (although he tired towards the end of the first half). Ronald mixed bag - fab until his last ball at which point he fell apart - that cross to Cooper…
Widell great energy but gave it away a bit tonight. Nice cameo from Cooper - he may well be a good addition to this style of play as a sub for one of the others.

Cullen - genuinely didn’t really notice him.

Vipotnik, by far the best he’s played for us. Really excellent. Great hold up play and bringing others in as well as scoring. Earlier he’s been scoring but not such good hold up play. His pressing was so much better as well, if he plays like that he can work in this style and system.

Important win tonight. Stretched lead over bottom three to 8 which is a lot more comfortable.

Happy with the win. Made it more difficult than it needed to be at times. Some really nice moments. Subs didn't have massive impact, but we did look tired at end. I predicted 3-0, but will take 3-1 😊

Thought Ronald was really good tonight. Both defensive and up front. Cullen, I would agree with.

A welcome three points but the scrappiest game this season. I think the conditions and the bumpy pitch had something to do with our passing, which was largely dreadful.
Also alarmimg to see the passback mentality emerging when we go one up.
Eom and Vip were the stand out players for me. Ronnie worked his socks off in attack and defence, I wish he'd cultivate a killer instinct though. He's always looking to play people in when most forwards would have a go themselves. No wonder his goal return is the square root of feck all.
Cooper was always bursting forward energetically, then losing the ball with a bad pass. Shape up, lad, and you could be an asset.
It's a bit of a cliche, but I think Blackburn pulled us down to their level. I would expect better performances in our next two games against higher class opponents.
It does seem that against team who are not great we take foot off and we play against better teams.

Every 5 games Cullen will pop up with a goal.
Other than that it's just a lot of pointing.

If Ronald could improve his decision making and end product he would be a manager's wet dream
He presses and runs tirelessly and his defensive work as a whole is exceptional for a winger, but every time he gets in a dangerous position in an attacking sense he makes the wrong choices. Just from his flank alone with more composure we could have scored another 2 or 3 at least tonight

The fact is that we are still not out of luck with a chance at making a charge towards the play off spots
So many teams right now are consistently inconsistent at the top
I wouldn't say that its impossible as we have rarely looked out of a game under Matos
