• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Results are what matters and they’ve been poor recently and their automatic promotion bid is in big trouble. They looked nailed on just a few weeks ago but the prospect of the play offs looms large for them now with a resurgent Southampton in their way.

Get the first goal and make them suffer.

Against a team chasing 2nd place is hardly the ideal place for it, but after a less than encouraging (to be polite) performance from Ward on Friday I hope that we take the opportunity to give Parker some experience in right back.

I think that could be too much of a baptism of fire, perhaps we need more experience and bite there tomorrow, possibly Fulton or even try Ronald.

I’d be happy to see a back 3 tomorrow, Cabango and Burgess with Samuels Smith. That way we could actually play Tymon as a wing back and maybe Ronald on the opposite side before Key comes back. Could also allow us to have Vipotnik and Idah on the pitch at the same time. Going to be a very tough game, easily the toughest of the ones we have left.

i remember a lad Ben Davies was thrown in, he has not done to badly, so for me the lad Parker HAS to have some time on the pitch monday starting or finishing

Some time perhaps but I don't think he should start. If he did and we're 3-0 down in 17 mins in a Spursy kind of way, it could destroy any confidence he has.

People shouldn't be blinded by their poor recent results they have been extremely unlucky in those games.

They create a ridiculous amount of chances but can just never seem to be clinical in these games. They will absolutely smash a team sooner rather then later it's been on the cards for a while. Let's just hope its not against us.

Our centre of the pitch needs to be excellent to stop them something which has drastically let us down in recent months. I wouldnt mind seeing a midfield of Fulton, Stamenic and Franco to give us the most amount of protection.

How they didn't win the game will be hurting Xg of 3- 12
Shots 32
On target 5
Touches in the box 66
35 crosses
17 corners .

Looking at those stats they lack the clinical edge .
Hopefully they don't have their best 2 best players back Haydan Hackney &
Morgan Whittaker who have 16 goals & 13 assists between them .
Should be a cracking game both sides like to pass the ball .
They do like to pass out from the keeper so a high press could give them problems.

Play like we did at Sheffield and home to Coventry cutting out the mistakes we can draw or win .

Noooooo... let's get after them

Complete free hit and people want 3 defensive midfielders.. this should be quite entertaining especially as they need to win

The RB decision will be interesting, there is only one option left for Matos.

Please start either Idah or Walta, I don't care which.
