Paltalk was one of the best things about being a Jack before we started getting live games. If we could have had a live version it would have surpassed it but it was one of the only ways many from distance could get to listen to the games back then. Excellent times and even when we were crap the camaraderie made up for the result. Even made friends with some pompey fans

I got caught out a couple of times... fired up Paltalk just before the game only to find out that i had to update it on snail internet.

Everyword already spoken, the mad moments, the meltdowns, the sharing of the passion/madness and even more importantly, the community.

What am i going to do with my life from June onwards! Phil you ar***ole!

Paltalk.. no live coverage, just a bloke in a room listening on the radio.. it's mad how much technology has changed.. sometimes paltalk would attract 100s

That bloke was me, I used to broadcast from my flat with the mic next to the speaker, remember playing bony m and random songs half time, good days lol

Absolutely gutted. Feels like losing a family member. Crossed swords with a few on here and never took it personally, just a difference of opinion. Hope someone can take over from Phil, who has done an absolutely amazing job. I know I've given him a few headaches over the years, but he has and always will have my utmost respect for running this site with fairness and without trying to "give it the big one." Adios, amigos.
