    6 Nations 2026

it is sad I know but I began my silent, personal protest against the WrU - didnt even turn the game on. If they dont think we deserve first class rugby in this area then they dont get the support.

But your blaming the Labour government for the mess of , who have been in charge of the UK for just 18 months despite having no say for the previous 14 years, Increasing financial pressures, rising populations, higher demand on social care and lower council incomes are putting local authorities...

    What Ewe Watching

I think it was your suggestion a few years ago to watch Tehran - love it and so pleased it is on again. I'm glad they have subtitles because even when they are speaking in English I might mishear them

    The Ospreys

This region needs a miracle and, bearing in mind the media is in Cardiff, the miracle has to get past cardiff first. It kind of reminds me of the assembly vote which the people of cardiff did not want or vote for but the subject of the possibility of the Senedd being housed in Swansea was to...

    Cullen

That's how I saw it and was wondering if he got a yellow. I swear he was holding his face and taking a peek to see if the Watford player got sent off. The melee off the pitch was far more entertaining

    Losing a pet

Really sorry to read this and it will resonate with everyone. Dogs are part of their lives but we are their whole life. When they are with us they bring us so much joy and companionship and the house feels full when they are here. We lost our Lab a couple of years ago when the vet said it was...

    The Ospreys

I have had meetings with the Labour party training team and they spoke to me just before this all kicked off. How do I think things are going is always asked. My next answer is going to where I say that if Tonia should be reprimanded because she is putting a safe Labour seat in doubt because...

    The Ospreys

I did notice that two of the local MP's have got stuck in to the debate but Tonia Antoniazzi (Gower MP) has kept deathly silent. No coincidence she is on the board of the Scarlets. Tonia you represent Gower constituents where there are a large number of people who are rugby oriented and live...

    The Ospreys

Yes. To me simple. If they want a super region then that would have been Cardiff and Newport area as that it actually East. Swansea area is certainly South centraly speaking and Llanelli is really part of the greater Swansea area but this is Rugby and tribalism exists so they are West as there...

    Senedd election

I think the best way forward is just to highlight, in short statements, how bad Reform are. They may, ultimately, just end up being another form of the Conservative party. The defections could possibly give them more of a presentable, professional party.

    Senedd election

Reform had an election promise that they would freeze council tax in England. Reform in 4 out of 5 councils won, raised it by the maximum allowed of 5% and the other raised it by 3.99%. The reality is plain.
