    That's similar to what I used to do 20 minute warm up then 3 to 5 sets of circuits with dumbells I'd have light and heavy weeks and mix them up not one week of light and one week of heavy 3 times week sometimes I'd do a Saturday as well and inbetween I'd do Hit workouts on bike, body gets used...
