Franco centre stage in the programme

Which is even more baffling when you think we tend to have the ball for the majority of games and we hardly play at a breakneck speed

I'll believe that when I see him pass the ball straight to the advertising boards :ROFLMAO:

Yet another goal for Nzingo. He's too good for that level and he's 20 next week, get him involved with the first team squad

We're 15th at the moment (as Hull and Millwall are both winning), 4 points above the relegation zone. I keep reading "if we had better attackers we'd be in the playoffs" but equally, if we didn't have Vigouroux in such brilliant form we'd be in the relegation zone, it cuts both ways. People...

Makes me wonder what they do in training (other than pass it to Grimes), are the players not following instructions or are they not being given any instructions in the first place? Because neither of those reflect well on the coaching staff

This is another common theme that annoys me, whenever we get a throw in there's nobody moving or looking to receive the ball. That's as basic as it gets, you get coached that sort of thing at park level football. Why do our players always look so clueless and devoid of ideas?

That depends how popular the manager is. We did go on a run of 3 wins in 23 games under Martin and there were still plenty of people who didn't think it was an issue

It's easy to say "one or two decent signings" but the recent history doesn't exactly suggest the recruitment department are capable of doing that. Since the start of last season, the final third players we've signed are Bolasie, Sagoe Jr, Lowe, Ginnelly, Placheta, Ronald, Kukharevych, Yates...

He's a fantastic player though, we're told several times a season. The fact he has no set position and roams right across the back line from RB, through CB and over to LB really baffles me. We're constantly a player short in midfield because he's never there, instead he's standing on the toes...

Out of the 72 EFL clubs, only Tranmere have scored fewer goals than us this season

Imagine travelling all the way up there to watch that, fairplay to those who did. Good to see our manager trying to win the game with his predictable like for like substitions. Much better than doing something crazy like changing the formation

I disagree. As I said earlier, it's been more due to the performances of Vigouroux that we haven't conceded more goals and lost more games. In our 10 league games so far, our "organised defensive unit" has allowed our opponents 119 shots (an average of 12 per game). We've allowed our opponents...

Just to qualify, I'm not "Williams out" (yet) but, if we're able to criticise the performance levels of the likes of Ronald, then it is only reasonable to discuss whether Williams could/should also be performing better than he is and has been since he arrived

So adapt the tactics so we aren't reliant on the wingers to create chances, try something different. As it is, we're watching the same thing every game and it isn't working. We're not conceding because Vigouroux has been our best player so far this season, the opposition are still having plenty...

Which surely must beg the question, is he actually any good as a manager? His first managerial job was at Swindon, where he had a win rate of less than 27% and took them down to League Two. If, as you say, his success at Notts County was mostly because their players were better than the...

He already does that most of the time anyway Is it just me or do we seem to get the manager and players telling us how good Grimes is several times a season? I don't think it happens with other players, are they trying to gaslight us? :ROFLMAO:

We have 12 points from the first 10 games, which is the same number we had at this stage last season under the much derided Duff, who most people said didn't know what he was doing. I've seen plenty of people say "we're 13th in the league" but we're only 5 points above the bottom of the table...
