To what end? We didn't achieve promotion or win any significant prize money. His wages were astronomical for the Championship - the transfer was already well on the way to failure when we got relegated (he didn't score a goal in that half season) and was then doomed as one of out worst ever...

    MG Welsh league cup

All kids. Blair Mackenzie who went on tour with the senior squad is the only one who's had any interaction with the first team I believe. Or was Watts on the bench once last season maybe?

16yr old Kai Rhodes scored twice and assisted. Seems a bright prospect.

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

Peterborough are pretty poor, finished 18th last season and have lost 4/5 of their top players. Scum couldn't have asked for a much better fixture to start with.

U21s currently 4 - 0 up v Afan Lido to go into the 3rd round. Scum currently crashing out to Cambrian&Clydach 🤣

He's not even in the top 10. I don't think he's any good but he did score some for us and apparently we've had over a million back for him coupled with loan fees and wages covered. Not even in the same stratosphere as Sanches, Clucas, Baston, Bony (2nd spell), Paloschi, Eder, Mesa, Ayew (2nd...

Impressed by how the club is shifting out as much mediocrity and deadwood this summer.

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

You can't go by their fans, they won't walk the league or set a record points total or anything like that.

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

I'm basing it purely on Cardiffs squad and the strength of league 1 this season. They've managed to actually shed a lot of mercenaries like Meite, El Ghazi and crocks like Ramsey. They seem more stable and low key than they've been in years to be honest. Which is disappointing I was hoping for...

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

Top end of this level though realistically, plus youngsters with ceilings to go higher

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

How often do double relegations happen compared to relegated clubs coming back up?

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

No guarantee either way. We wouldn't be having this discussion if there was. Stockport are building well but aren't ready yet and Huddersfield have had too much upheaval and unproven manager. Cardiff should finish above both. Luton are the only ones I'd confidently say can finish above the...

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

How arent you realising that when a team gets relegated that they then play in a division with a lower standard the next season?
  14. Cinio Dydd Sul

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

They'll definitely have one of the best teams in league 1. If they don't get promoted with this squad it will be a definite failure. There are no huge spenders like Wrexham or Brum or sleeping Giants like Southampton, Ipswich, Leeds etc.

Now Bale wants to buy Cardiff as well as Plymouth

I thought they'd shed more players (maybe they will before the window closes). But they will be in the top 4 if they new manager does just a moderate job. With Ng, Daaland, Robertson, Turnbull, Salech, Robinson etc plus some decent youngsters they've got one of the best sides in the division.

Richard Kone: Will Swansea City Finally Land Their Man As Wycombe Talks Progress

This doesn't sound promising. Could easily be agent manoeuvres though.

It was a strange signing at the time. I was hoping / expecting Govea to be the back up winger after his promising appearances at the end of the previous season.

Could Richard Kone Be the Answer to Swansea's Striker Search?

If we sign him and he scores a few, there's an African nations cup later this year.....

This isn't as simple as it sounds because the red wall campaign ticket holders (season tickets) number more than the racecourse holds in total and not far off the swan.com, so there would be a loss of money and then the tickets would need to be treated essentially as an away game - membership...

Wales have surely had our best era ever since 2014 ish when legoland was made the home stadium. The size for our support is perfect and on big games the atmosphere is tremendous. I wish the scum could move out and the whole stadium have red seats. Having said that, the racecourse and the...
