• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Welsh Fire have been the Swansea of 100 cricket, comfortably the worst team in it.. some decent players have joined, so you'd think they'd improve.. wait until ECB the cricket snob sees this thread

Far better squad albeit I think its a batter or two light. Maybe Chris Cook might be part of the finished squad. No Miller he would have been good to have retained

Also the woman's squad has decent bowling but a lot of responsibility on Matthews and Dunkley with the bat

It's not often a thread on here quickly moves onto two pages, so at least this has got people's juices flowing, so that's got to be a good thing. Right?

I'm stuck in such a time warp that I have to look away when any scoring rate exceeds four runs an over. But I expect I'll get this format. One day.

Jonny Bairstow ruled out of the whole of IPL23, due to the injury he sustained last September!!

Good. Get him fit for the ashes summer and the World Cup that follows.
