Woke up to that wonderful feeling that only a derby thrashing (dealt out of course) can bring. Well done to all at SCFC for giving the fans a real boost. My hands still hurt from the clapping, and voice still hoarse!

It's a pity we have WBA next, because we are not the finished article - yet. It will be interesting, as said above, but not a game to pass judgements. Saying that, beat WBA and dear lord we are well ahead of schedule.

Cardiff were the worst side down here for some time, the total anti-football and lack of an idea team there's ever been here imo.. McCarthy is beyond a dinosaur and dated, he's ancient, they didn't offer a threat off set pieces.. their sole attack was Kieffer Moore on his own, attempting to dribble on the halfway line, nobody was nowhere near him, it was literally just him attempting to control a lumped up ball or attempting to run onto a channel punt!

I'm laughing to myself, surely they can't get relegated? They'll struggle to stay in the division if Sunday was anything to go by

Cardiff are out of form and have lost Wilson. They are one playmaker short of a decent team and rely heavily on height. We won well however Giles missed an absolute sitter and if anything it was Giles that probably could have done bettter. A win is a win and we played well second half which is all that matters now. Have to keep it scoreless to half time for the Baggies and I can see an unchanged side. Surprised not to see Jay. We have a lot more strength in depth than Cardiff.
