• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Appreciate Fulton recent improvement, him and Cullen starting not screaming intent to me

I find myself less upset at Fulton's presence these days. But Cullen for Widell is a change I don't like

Cullen's press is nowhere near as constant as Widell's, neither is his ability to turn into space or range of passing. He desperately needs a good game as he hasn't had a good appearance for quite some time now

Not optimistic with that midfield. Fulton and Franco have been brilliant recently but Widell is what ties it all together for me. We might struggle without his workrate.

Widell is a far better option than Cullen obviously but his energy levels were definitely down on Tuesday compared to the Brum game.
Must be down to fitness.

Cullen starting hasn't really worked but Matos must see a plan here. Let's hope so anyway!

Should be Yalcouye really but I don't think Matos trusts him, the last couple of times he's come on I couldn't say where he was supposed to be playing, he's all over the place!
I think you're right. At least with Cullen you know what you're going to get, especially away from home.

Hull with their front 4 will give us lots of problems they have pace & power .
Hull away big test for Matos .

I think it could be godsend to have Widell and Stamenic to come on around the hour, not a game to leave ourselves open to being battered for the last 30 mins. If we bring them on and they put in their usual shift, alongside the unknown quantity that is Nunes we could give Hull a hard time.
Nice to not be disheartened seeing Fulton’s name in the line up, but would rather Yalcouye than Cullen but hey ho, the squad is still not complete.

I agree but Yalcouye gives us a bit more creativity especially in the final third in my opinion. Maybe Matos doesn't what an open game at Hull which plays into their hands.
