According to SAGE expert.

Quite simple now really, get yourself vaccinated and we crack on, we can't keep going into and out of lockdown forever.

If you choose, for whatever reason, not to take the vaccine (except on medical grounds) then you will have to live with that decision, let's crack on troops.

Sage expert says we're at the start of a third wave of coronavirus

Through 37m first dose and 21m second dose.

These figures should go a long way to eliminating a third wave of hospital cases and the unfortunate deaths. A third wave of cases without further complications shouldn’t really be the cause of further lockdown.

Very encouraging news indeed 👏

The 369 areas of Wales with virtually no cases of coronavirus

Pisses me off that those of us who've had the (2) jab are at the mercy now of those who refuse it. If they want to live their lives doing fck all/staying in/not travelling then don't know why we should be made to follow suit.

Hang in there, Saint. Give it another month or so and see how the picture looks then. By that time I think there will be much greater clarity on vaccine passport style certification, particularly when it comes to European travel and movement. They key target must be a longer list of ‘green’ countries where testing prior to journey is not required, the passports will enable that (in whatever form they come in).

When I asked 20 something fit bloke in the supermarket why he wasn’t wearing a mask he told me, 'my wife’s pregnant so I don't have to.' She then appeared without a mask either.
TBF to other shoppers they all stood well away from this pair and made it obvious they were being avoided.

I have but no one should be confronting anyone about masks. Go to a supermarket and you'll see them down on their chin, not covering their noses and those dumb visors that don't prevent anything.

I have a mask exemption and refuse to be labelled with a stupid lanyard if I can't wear my mask at any time and the first person dumb enough to confront me will get chokeslammed into the nearest freezer

Issues in Pembrokeshire I'm hearing. 1 restaurant and 1 hotel closed in Amroth area.
I find it ridiculous now about masks.
Got to wear one in a quiet shop but don't in a rammed pub.

How so? People who have had 2 vaccines are immune from serious infection aren't they? if others exercise their choice not to be vaccinated then they are the ones at risk. I don't believe the nonsense about overwhelming the NHS either.

Except those who have had the jab, whilst probably protected against the worst of it themselves, can still transmit the virus to the unprotected, or vulnerable.

Those who refuse to be vaccinated need to be restricted from mixing with sensible people. If that means passports that prevent plague enthusiasts from travelling, going to events or even just shopping, then so be it.

You're watching to much WWE ffs mun

I'm in and out of peoples houses everyday, it used to be murder trying to work with one on, people are more relaxed now, but I've got to be careful because of my youngest, even though he's had both jabs, I wear them in shops etc obviously.

I'm sorry that you believe that and use some emotive language - suggesting those who do not want the jab are not sensible or 'plague enthusiasts' - to back up your belief. How do you think flu is transmitted? By your argument, everyone should have the flu jab, because that has killed far more people than Covid-19 ever will.

What other conclusion can be reached? These people are morons.

And yes, everyone eligible for a flu jab should have one.
