They put this woman in jail, yet allow Cvnts to walk the streets.

Some convicted nonces get suspended sentences, while we send a woman like this to jail. While it is an incredibly emotive subject, there’s no way she should be jailed in my opinion.

Never mind the comparisons with other crimes and other sentences, the mere fact that someone has been sent to prison for making a medical choice about their own body in 2023 using a law created in 1861 is frankly disgusting.

Exactly this, bizarre.

Its not clear cut though is it, she did this at 34 weeks pregnant.

The legal limit (and there should be a limit) is 23 weeks.

There has to be some balance, although she probably shouldn't be in prison for the next 2 years.

I beg to differ, she bloody aborted nearly a full grown baby, I'm sorry but that's just the way I feel, I guess nobody has a real right to complain unless you are the poor baby being aborted, which is abhorrent.

It's complicated though, isn't it? I'm going to write two sentences below in which I make some generalisations in order to make a point:

1) Most people who don't believe in a giant sky fairy accept a woman's right to choose to abort a pregnancy up to the legal limit.

2) The vast majority of people are horrified by the idea of someone murdering a baby.

Surely there's a huge gap in between those two areas that is a minefield. ECB is right though. Whether you believe this woman should be jailed or not, no-one should be sentenced in 2023 under a law created in 1861.

Why shouldn't they be sentenced under an old law? There must be a reason for that surely,..

All I will say on this, it breaks my heart and annoys that people think it's ok to end another's life, regardless of the stage of pregnancy, it really does piss me of how can you wipe somebody's future life out, you just can't. Hey That's just my IMO..

It’s an emotive and complex subject and one which there’s no point getting into further given how these debates tend to end up. You’re entitled to your view as am I.

That's ok, I really have no fuss to discuss it anymore, but what you said about her making a medical decision she basically killed a human, and I'm not having that.

Edit: Just to add some insight of the way I feel about this, my children were born premature, a lot younger than the aborted ones.

Maybe it's just me, but god it's disgusting..to abort babies this way..

There's no process that the woman could fall back on or help, just like mental health in this country, operation waiting lists, housing, food, asylum seekers, job vacancies... it's f*cking barmy out there.. that's all politicians are concerned about, reputation, money and next job opportunity to earn the coin.. the fact we've still got a law that was created in the 1860s to the present day is barmy, with all the resources, we're a festering turd.. that's why the majority f*ck off to work in a different country because they're better prepared and pay more.. people are more focused on "money" and not change.. Darwin changed the world, Einstein changed the world, Freud even though he's batshit changed the world, Martin Luther King changed the world, we're not producing anyone anymore, we're producing numbers to fill in, in a broken system, without any engineers to fix it, because they've got all their focus on material life, a 7k computer, a new gold ring, a house with ten rooms, a boat, getting meaningless recognition in the honours system, you're not going to become a royal, you half-witted simpleton.. country going down the sh*tter and into the sea, perfect ending.. we're producing idiots

It happens every day that a Court somewhere in England and Wales sits, Murder, Manslaughter, GBH, ABH and a raft of other offences are all from the Offences against the Person Act 1861.

Nobody has the right to kill another human, be it a baby or an adult.....
