Meet new boss same as the old boss. Shuffling the deck chairs on Titanic. Also all we got is a new CEO and DOF, the DOF was supposed to be for Luke Williams but is since gone. I wouldn't necessarily call that a complete restructure
Oh sure—new majority owners, a new CEO, and a new Director of Football definitely don’t count as a major reshuffle, and everything’s clearly going to stay exactly the same as before…

Glass-half-empty keyboard warrior.

Signing Bony and Ayew without a reduction in wages should we go down was a masterstroke by Lord Huwbert.
Your lord and saviour Kaplan and Levien brought both of them in and had complete control of contracts, he also could have done it 2018-19 and during COVID BOTH times Jenkins wasn't there but didn't

"New Owners" that were working under Kaplan and Levien (excluding Jason Cohen)? Tf are you on about? (Btw they are also Yanks like Kaplan and Levien and aren't exactly billionaires or good sports businesspeople)

Also how well in both summer and winter transfer window this season did our supposed "new owners" do?

There were many on here excited with the appointments of Russy Marts, Michael Duff and Luke Williams. Many more dare I say than are in favour of Sheehan. For me, that makes zero sense when he's proven to be better than the lot of them. May I suggest that, maybe, just maybe, some people on here are not the footballing experts they think they are. For me, the result on Saturday and Derby's result against Burnley on Tuesday fully justify the decision to play 5 at the back. In terms of form, Derby are up there in the higher echelons of this league, and it was wise to treat them as such. Plymouth may not be far behind Derby, but their current form is light years away from Derby's, Sheehan's team selections took heed of this. There's an element of risk in every appointment but the risk is far lower if Sheehan was appointed full time compared to the past three, much heralded in the case of two of them, frauds we had through the door.

I always prefer to look forward - right now I am applauding our new Owners for delivering next level funding and a next level best-in-class recruitment apparatus for securing Premier League player LOB to replace our captain and leader.

With our new Owners and best-in-class processes, people and systems - we now have the makings of the perfect platform to deliver proper next level stuff. LOB is just the beginnings.........to whet our appetite

Lewis O'Brien is on loan and did not want to join us, he also played only 13 matches in Prem, not a great amount and they loaned him out so that shows what they think of him

Also boy I wish I had your sheer optimism but respectfully has any of this "best-in-class processes, people and systems - we now have the makings of the perfect platform to deliver proper next level stuff" happened?

"next level funding and a next level best-in-class recruitment apparatus" like our winter transfer window?
