Andre Ayew to wbrom

If Sam has sent people to watch him since he took over, I can't imagine they'd have seen Andre as their saviour because he certainly hasn't been at his best for us for the last few games and could probably do with a long rest rather team being thrown into a relegation battle. I'm not criticising him because he's carried us for most of the time since his return but he's looked a bit leggy & tired last 2 or 3 games imo

Yes, it's as if he and Lowe have transformed into each other :D

Even a striker from the lower leagues would be better than nothing
Sam Barrett , the maidenhead striker for example
Someone I have immense knowledge of after googling leading national league striker 3 minutes ago
That's how you do it

Bring in a CF and Lowe would do Ayew’s role ... not as well as he lacks the quality and experience, but close.
Don’t want to lose him but any transfer fee and saving could be useful.
We have to be realistic too, the loss of income last March and who knows when has to be factored in to any plan.

You sound like Walter Boyd's agent.

Players from lower leagues can be very hit and miss ... Rory Donnelly springs to mind and even Trundle and Clucas failed to make the step up.
Many of the Spanish players were technically better and we played a style that suited their strengths.
Whoever, if anyone, comes in will be a gamble but if it's a lower league youngster he would need to be back up first and wake his way in to teh starting line up. Even Lowe with a season of Championship games before he came to us has taken the best part of half a season to get up to speed.

If AA is offered a long contract he's gone. He has scored some valluable goals this season but some of his performances have been average. Posters are reluctant to criticise AA why i dont know as Lowe got it in buckets from some. I also recall Ghuehi getting it and lately Woodman. For reportedly a weekly 80k i expect him to use his experience to shine through, however its his constant bipping at refs after they have ignored his latest foul that gets me. Would i sell him? yes in a heartbeat. Would i give him awa?y no but hey thats why we have a manager i guess.

I can't for the life of me see this happen. So many reasons for this not to happen. The most obvious one being it would be absolutely nuts for us to sell now having kept him for most of his contract. Not to mention why would he join a sinking ship while it's highly unlikely he's going to get any more wad for such a deal. Being a free agent in the summer would represent the best chance for him to up his wages, which was the move he pulled to come here the first time round if memory serves me correctly.
