Yea I take that on board although Piroe had been in the PSV system and his youth scoring record was very good. Having said that I thought he was a gamble too.

Troyes signed M K for around 300k after he scored 4 in Ukraine. He played a total of 13 minutes for Troyes (zero goals). Then a loan at Leuven with around 12 games (zero goals) followed by the Hibs injury plagued loan where he got 5 goals (decent under the circumstances).

But does this sound like a million + player?

Should Troyes be quadrupling their outlay!?

Wow this is a massive gamble then surely? I was thinking it might be worth a punt on a few hundred k at most. Considering his record in modest leagues and Troyes evidently being particularly eager to keep him I'm astonished if this is true. And he's not even going to be an automatic starter for us. And I'd be concerned if he was signed as a replacement for Piroe.

These types of strikers (big and technical) don’t come around that often. If you wait for them to bang in 20 goals then you are adding a zero.

Seems to be physically strong and has a strong left foot. On the basis of the goal he scored against Dundee.
