• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Agree, time to start a new thread about the optimum temperature of the outside swimming pool this time of year. Mine is set at 32c, will reduce it to 31 when it warms up.

Come along Skippyjack and bring your mankini. Got the beer and pink champagne cooling at a constant 4c.
My Koi are basking in their pond with the water at 16 degrees trouble is they're forever wanting grub, :censored:

Mrs is waiting for her wrist to get better before she attempts to cut the the lawns, any excuse ffs.

I haven't cut the grass yet, simply because i think at this moment, it's a few weeks to early. For me it's nearly there, but not just right at the moment.

I was studying the front lawn from the landing window earlier, and I feel as if it's just getting to a nice colour, tiny little bit of growth, but with the temperatures forecast for the coming week, I really think it would do more harm than good cutting it now, I'm waiting for at least a 3 or 4 day run of temperatures like we had today, then the mower comes out.
Crikey , if you wait for the perfect weather and run of good temperatures to cut the grass it would never get done in this country. We are only ever 48hrs from a downpour. If it's dry for 2 days in a row, mines getting cut.

I like the cut of your jib.

Another mumsnet.com thread, Oooh let's wait until the nasty cold weather goes away and let's drink pimms out the garden and sunbathe, i might dip into my bikini also whilst using the lawnmower.. f*cking old tw*ts
You have a bikini?

Front and back done, thank goodness, first cut is always the worst.
Just the west paddock and orchard left to do. I'll get Jeeves to do that.😁👍

Three times now and it’s not yet April
I cannot put it off any longer, it’s going to be Friday afternoon for me.

Wife also said she wants the patio cleaned, fence painted, hedge trimmed, walls painted and decking painted. I’m working hard to get a handyman quote lined up for this little lot.
