I said it at the time and I'll say it again, if we had signed Charlie Austin from Southampton instead of bringing Bony back we'd have finished the season comfortably in mid-table

I reckon Jenkins only brought Bony back because we didn't have to pay anything for him as we were still owed transfer installment payments by man city.

Regards staying up if Carvalhal hadn't bottled it we would have stayed up. A point in that horrendous Southampton game would have been enough
