Coleman just fuck off out of the club and give it to someone who knows how to run a football club.
Ignore him, the fella revels in misery. When things are going ok on the pitch he's nowhere to be seen. What happened to giving people time to turn things around. We have been going the wrong way for a while, this will not be an overnight fix. Give them a fair shot before casting judgement, its a nothing season anyways
I'm not convinced he needs to fuck off, but he certainly needs to bring a top executive in to run the football side, and then remove his useless mitts from it.Coleman just fuck off out of the club and give it to someone who knows how to run a football club.

January is always a difficult window, the one thing I would say is Coleman needs to stop trying to win the fans over with the statements he comes out with.
I'm starting to notice subtle differences off the pitch with some of its initiatives.
It is definitely a work in progress. This club has been sinking in to oblivion for years, it's transformation certainly isn't going to happen over night.
The time to judge is this time next year.
Less talking and more action would suffice for myself. There are definitely things that we shouldn't be judging right now, such as changes to club infrastructure, backroom staff, scouting networks etc - these things need time to come to fruition.
But we can - and should - watch Coleman and co like a hawk on football matters, including how they handle the Williams situation, how they handle this and other windows, and also contract negotiations. They are there to be scrutinised on that and that's an ongoing thing, we should judge them case by case on that.
This an over reaction as per. It's as simple as this Coleman has very little clue on how to run a club from the stand point of building a squad and a manger.

I'm all for giving them chance. The summer is going to interesting with the new ownership. They have a big decision to make about the manager who I suspect wasn't Colemans first or second choice.
January is a difficult window as well.
Sorry, but it’s been a disaster since Coleman came on in the summer of 2023. It’s obvious that you need some experience there. Maybe in time he’ll learn, but what state will we be in by then? What happened to giving people time to turn things around. Levien still had his fingers in the pie during the summer which would no doubt have dictated our spending. Not for me... we have had a summer window. We have not progressed at all if anything we are have started getting a shoeing against far weaker teams than last season.
We have no structure pride of urgency in our play. We can only hope there is 3 worse sides.
We even haven't got the ability to bounce back from poor defeats now. Our fan base has had enough of this pitiful style of walking backward football
Yes, he’s not new.Sorry, but it’s been a disaster since Coleman came on in the summer of 2023. It’s obvious that you need some experience there. Maybe in time he’ll learn, but what state will we be in by then?
People dreaming of spunking £20m in January are just that - dreaming and unable to tell apart make belief from realityLevien still had his fingers in the pie during the summer which would no doubt have dictated our spending.
The new owners are basically starting from a position where the club has been neglected for years. Any progress isn't going to happen over night.
I also doubt very much that Williams was Colemans choice for manager.
The results on the pitch firmly sit with the manager.
Thank god we still have ‘The Blueprint’People dreaming of spunking £20m in January are just that - dreaming and unable to tell apart make belief from reality
For seven years Kaplan and co constantly under sold players and over spent on others, let players with resale value run down contracts and asset stripped the club as much as they could before they were eventually chased out.
The end result of all of that is a weak squad and a budget that is super close to the FFP red line with very few players of any real saleable value left with which to fund new acquisitions either in this window or the next.
