• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

He is stepping down at the end of the season.

Highly likely this means that he is just the face for whoever is doing the work behind the scenes from now until then

Hi Baka I was replying to posters who are saying Coleman has not been at the club for weeks.
He has been present in the directors box for the last few games and is still writing his programme notes so he is still around.

I wonder if the recent reported death threats have unsettled him and his family....who knows why he is off but didn't someone post on here a couple of weeks back about some rumours of things going on maybe this was it

But whatever once again the club seems to be in a state of turmoil

Death threats? 😱😱. What the hell is wrong with people?

Another know nothing Yank that thinks he knows everything, following Pearlman and Silverstein out the door. Good riddance. Maybe we’ll get someone that knows what they are doing at some point, but I’m not holding my breath.

Coleman. LW, and you could throw Watson and Grimes into the chaos mix all left so time to reset and rebuild.

When the latest owners took over wasn’t there rumours that they wanted a change in manager. Our ex youth coach Ramsay was mentioned working in America.

Think Ramsay has ruled this out and wants to stay with the loons... best the loons you know 😉

Ahhh fair.
Death threats are unacceptable no matter who it is especially when it comes to what is ultimately a game.

The silver lining that I am clinging to here is that change was needed and whether by hook or by crook that change seems to be coming. Here is to hoping that we get our ducks in a row in time for the summer.

There were but mainly on forums.

There are a lot of rumours, many get thrown around afterwards but many seem to go off the radar and get forgotten about.

I remember the rumour when Coleman came on board, it was said that he is a successful businessman and doesn't do failure. The same was also said about Levien,Kaplan and co.

I wonder if Montague walked in to the club and saw and realised the shambles that the club was in and reported back to Cravatt and then Coleman's lack of ability came to fore and he was outed, fuk knows as to why Gude was here mind, did fuckall except pick up wages for fuckall looking in from the outside, strategy man be fucked.
