I really don't mind them voicing their views and telling me I am wrong......we all want the same thing and have love of the same thing.

Passions get high and frustrations can get the better of people but it's because they care.

We need to step with caution and not take our eye off things as this is a real important time for the club.
I have hope that they can really make a statement in the summer but things need to be in place ready for that to happen......we have very little room for mistakes.
