He said that he would rather lose both games and get promoted..........now he says that of course he wants to win both games.

That's backtracking.

Wouldn’t you rather lose both games against the vermin and get promoted? I would.

Last game of the season at Carrow Road we draw 1-1 and get the point we need to go automatically back to the promised land.
As the final whistle goes 3,000 fans sink to the floor in unison with head in hands bitterly disappointed we never beat Cardiff.

Stick to lapping up what Nixon says Dapsy.

It was obvious to anyone with half a brain what he was trying to do with his after match comments ffs.

Absolutely. How stupid do people have to be? The journo was a total jerk too. Clearly it's a priority list. Does he really have to say it? Really?

1) win both games and get promoted
2) win one game and get promoted
3) lose both games and get promoted
4) Repeat but with not get relegated
5) Repeat but not get promoted or relegated

He hasn't made any rod for his back at all.

Surely everyone who is sane would. The only point of order I can see, but it doesn't save daps blushes, but is, if we lose twice to that shower of shit we probably aren't getting promoted.

If you are asking me to blurt it out before either have happened then you will be asking for a while.

If neither happens then there are going to be some silly looking individuals.

It's like the hokey cokey on here tonight.
It was a silly thing for Duff to say in the context of things as we all stand here and now.

Hopefully we get a result on Saturday but either way it's roll on the promotion bus......now that would bring my blushes on but I would freely and happily live with that situation.

What if we lose both games to Cardiff and don't go up or even get relegated?
I wonder what we will all look back on and remember.

Mentioning losing both games to Cardiff and Promotion in the same sentence was making a massive rod for his own back.........he might have said it in anger after the Bristol City game but he needs to control that situation.

I was hardly lapping up what Nixon said, was more suprised that he thought we had a better team.

If it was as obvious as you say regards his after match quote then he didn't really have to come out and say what he did.........he did it because he realised he was wrong or was advised to do so because lo and behold he got it wrong.

Either way, he is saying different today to what he said previously.

We do.... Ramsay aside nobody else gets in our 11
