Euro 2025 - Women

Watching this tournament, it's evident that international women's football has come on leaps and bounds. Unfortunately the reffing still leaves a lot to be desired.

I recall a German athlete called Ruth Fuchs many years ago. As a teenager I wondered whether she did on a first date.
But I'm more mature now.

I went out for a year with a girl called Sarah Wood. My brother used to call her Sarah Did.

My pal swears blind that he went to school with a girl named Carys Mecock.
Anyway, c'mon Netherlands and Cymru!

Wales will do well not to get two real pastings. I hope they can leave with their heads up. Such a shame they couldn't be in a group with a similarly funded and prepared team, so they'd have a decent match. The first half against the Dutch will give them some warm memories, but I fear what is coming.

Defend tight for your lives ladies.

The Welsh FA should hang their heads in shame at putting these women in such a position of having to play catch up.

What is it with Welsh sporting committees. The FA and the WRU are just ridiculous.
