Not sure what Carlson was doing at short leg with the last ball of the day there but should be a good day tomorrow 👍

The tw@t moved just before the last ball was bowled, but his innings changed the pace of the innings into Glam's favour.

Swepson could have a field day tomorrow. 👍

Aye we'll cut him some slack

Open up with Swepson in the morning and possibly Salter the other end, the pitch is as dry as a cork... 🧐

They trialled the use of a Kookaburra ball in todays matches. After a few overs today on that wicket, the bowlers complained it felt like a sponge - and the batsmen couldn't hit it off the square!!

Strauss said that it should level out the contest between bat and ball.

The softer ball should suit Harris and McIlroy who struggle to bowl above 15mph downhill with a gale behind them

Kin ell! Sussex last wicket pair survive over 21 overs to earn a draw, in fairness they probably would have survived another 21 overs too, what a mess our bowling attack is

I thought Carlson captained the side brilliantly - they need to keep Lloyd away from it. Salter bowled tidy, but doesn't look as though he's going to take another wicket again in his career.

Carlson should have given himself a few overs - he's taken a few wickets this season.

That wicket was absolutely sh1te most of the match - and flattened out this afternoon where the new Aussie sponge ball  done fvck all.

Oh that's agonising. 12 overs and they couldn't pick up that final wicket.
