Has he gone? Or if not when will it happen?

My reading is that he made a bad joke after a horrendous performance at Portsmouth. He’s probably thought no more about it but it sent a few off down a number of ITK rabbit holes they’ll now be desperately trying to extricate themselves from.
That’s what I was told down the stadium earlier.

Not doubting that, the majority of our fans will still be completely oblivious to the uproar currently going on amongst some.
And that’s the truth as well. The fan sites and (these days) twitter create a bubble which consists of a relatively tiny number of obsessives. The wider and more casual fan base mostly doesn’t give a shit about what’s written and/or talked about in that bubble. Always been the way.

The Swansea Ultras, desperate to be the ones with their fingers on the pulse.

It seems that way.

But why didn't Luke dismiss it? When he had two opportunities to do so?
He frequently deflects questions with ‘jokes’ in press conferences and maybe his brain didn’t tell him that this kind of thing is something you don’t joke about - just play a straight bat and shut it down (regardless of your inner thoughts).

He learnt from the Duff saga and came in talking about the Cardiff game like it’s the final battle for earth against invading aliens, but I think now he needs to add ‘being linked to other jobs’ as something to talk professionally about and not a lark with the boys.

Now that we can all calm down I’m off over to the darts.

Though it still doesn’t excuse the NYD humping.

Will this mean that Darling will be signing the contract once he realised that Williams wasn't actually going to WBA after all 😁

He was in Friends, if that’s any help. Utter bollox imo. Williams may or may not go, but the idea some anonymous Twitter twerp up in Glasgow knows what’s happening is a bit far fetched.

We’ll see. It all sounds a bit odd to me and has blown up into something bigger than it should be. WBA being genuinely interested makes no sense. But then Luke’s comments are a bit weird and suggests something might be happening. Although his comments could be meaningless answers to meaningless press questions.

Surely if Williams resigned and then turned up at West Brom a day or two later it would just open up a breach of contract claim from the Swans

And they would win it

It could be like Peter Odemwingie all over again.

Can imagine Luke shouting at someone to let him in to the ground.
