Bringing Fulton and Cooper on is down to him when we have better options on the bench.
True, but those options are of poor quality also. I've lost any faith that we have the minerals to compete even against the likes of Plymouth, Derby and Oxford in a relegation dog fight. Hope I'm wrong.

Probably not but you have to take into consideration the average team and poor squad at his disposal.

We are lacking badly and no manager is going to turn this squad into one that can be consistent enough to be a solid mid table team.
Sub options today was pretty paper thin. Defo need to ship players on and rebuild.

Based on the last three performance the answer to this question is fairly obvious.
Never expected to get much from Burnley and Leeds but today the performance was shocking. 1 simple header from Cullen was all their goalkeeper had to do all afternoon. There's a way to lose, and what we saw today certainly wasn't it.

I agree. I expected us to lose. Purely due to their position in the table and defensive record. But cannot forgive sloppy passing. Yes, Burnley looked tactically set up, but I didn't think they looked great. Clinical yes. Great no. We are our own worse enemy. Sheehan for me hasn't helped his course. Like I said don't get me to run a club. I would be hiring and sacking on weekly basis 😂

It's my concern. Of what I've seen of other teams they have more battling qualities.
March was always.Going to be a wipe out, but we could have had a draw at Watford.
The problem is other clubs are picking up points. Can they keep it going as some play each other.
Apart from Leeds and Sunderland we have to be competitive in all the others even if only draws to limp to safety.

At least we could keep having a new manager bounce😂

I don't fault his starting lineup and all the coaching in the world cannot legislate for a full back standing on the ball and falling on his face leaving Burnley clean through 4 v 3 four minutes into the game.

However I do find fault in our game management after that, lofting high long balls to Vipotnik (who did very well to win so many headers and flick ons) against a defence that had only conceded 11 in 38 games before this one while also leaving him isolated was absurd.

I was also baffled by the decision to hook Franco for Fulton and to bring on Cooper and Parker but not Ginnelly.
The final nail for me in his coffin for this game was bringing on Christie for Naughton when we were 2 down and in need of an attacking option up top.
