How about you take NtCham off when he's playing really well, you take our best two strikers off and bring on Harry Darling and Luke Cundle, you bring on three separate single subs, two of them within 6 minutes of each other, then you're taken by surprise when a player gets an injury and you're left unable to use any more subs. Our club needs an overhaul from top to bottom, starting with getting out the shitty so-called "owners". You get rid of a "manager/coach" who can't understand why having 70% possession and not winning matches is wrong. You get rid of a shite goalkeeper who isn't fit for a league 2 team, and you get in 2 keepers who own the box. You take the captaincy of Grimes, because he couldn't captain a schoolboy team, you get rid of the deadwood, starting with Latibaudierre, Wood, Fisher and any other oik who doesn't care about what shirt he wears. Where's the pride? Oh, and Cabango is way overrrated, has zero pace, and not up to defending set pieces. I'd happily settle for a full reset, rather than watch this shite and put up with all the false spiel that goes with it. I've been a supporter since1955, when my father took me to the Vetch at 5 years of age, I'm now 73 and this is the first time i've ever felt like not renewing my season ticket. Invisible owners, loopy manager, and a soon to be relegated team, next year if not this.

With the dust having now settled from Saturday, I've spoken to a few this morning, and like me, it was the final straw. He's run his race for me, way way too many continuous mistakes of which have been done to death on here and social media etc. As fans, we deserve so much better and would love a bitta respect and not to witness constant shitshows. Yes we are stuck with the yanks, but someone on here said the obvious.....there are plenty of managers who will get ' a tune' outa this group. Russ clearly cannot do it.

NtCham , there's not 90 mins in him, Cullen was about to run on fumes, and Piroe unless injured was a mistake to do. Even Trundle said he didnt like it , him being taken off.. Martin gambled, it didn't pay off, we are short of decent squad players,

I don't think anyone can say with certainty whether or not Ntcham has 90 minutes in him considering that he gets subbed after about 60 minutes regardless of how he's playing.
