EPL Loans (or signings) for survival. Blimey.
Cooperball was drawing EPL loans for Promotion.
The depths we have plummeted with Martinwang, and in such stark contrast to the boom years under Cooperball.
When the desperately unthinking from salubrious Manseltown are looking to 'bite off their own chopper' for defenders to avoid relegation, we know we must be in the mire. 17th and plummeting under Martinball.

I might regret this but have you considered that the money has run out? Also, there were no boom years under Cooper - he gave it his best shot when many clubs parked their ambition, it was his best chance, and he couldn’t quite get it over the line. Four years out of the premier League and the club is facing a whole different set of problems.

Isn’t it just.
There’s a reason that Cooper didn’t fancy managing us this season.
We lost a golden gloves keeper, arguably the best defender in the league who’s now cutting it in the Premier League and being considered by Southgate for England, a fine wing back in Connor, and no less than 72% of our goals from last season. No more parachute money and Cooper ran away from the challenge.
