In the early 1970s I had a girlfriend who went OTT with vegetarianism or veganism or whatever, and she didn’t wear shoes or anything on her feet for 4 years. Some people were cool with it and some people hated it. We were asked to leave the Cricketers in Brynmill one time for example.
