In the next two hours this transfer window has been a bit of a farce

Well,more than a bit, a complete.

Evident really early we had no money and on the last day cannot even get £300k to get a defender from Shrewsbury.

Next level ladies and gentlemen really reached

It’s clear as day there was never even a slight possibility of getting O’Riley.

Zero investment / loans.

Don’t mind that as I don’t want to see us saddled in debt but as it stands we are badly exposed for the run in imo.

Absolutely embarrassing at this point, I can only imagine that they relied on Fulton,Dhanda & Pato leaving to free up some money for us OR they’ve decided to go with what we’ve got and spend properly in the summer, either way it’s not good.

The release clause was £1.5m, we would never have had that kind of money to hit that.

Sad times!

We could be in league 1 next summer, unlikely, but a possibility

The saddest thing of all is Celtic will sell him in 18 months for at least 10 times what they paid, even the Celtic forums are making this point.

I’m sure I read somewhere that we had cash to spend that Silverstein had sorted out. Did I dream that?

Martins argument is he will be worth ten times that in a season or so, which is a possibility going by his start up there but a big risk all the same, we’ll also sell Downes in summer for hefty profit I reckon.

no lwb tonight and that's indefensible

what te fuck are we playing at if we cant get anyone in?

scum havent got a pot to piss in and they get a lwb in

we needed at least two today - how the fuck are we not able to get loans?

No I think those were geniune enough

The ones to Darling and O'Riley I dont get as they were out of our price range

Even if we had managed to move on Fulton it wasnt going to fund them. Which starts to beg the question has Martin been misled over budgets or was he trying to pressure the owners into spending more than was agreed?
