It's certainly a strange one for us.

Richard arrived with the owners having worked for their football data business for the previous 10 years.

He sits between them, football radar (the data company) and the Club. His knowledge is based round the system that is unique to our club.

This season I will cheerfully accept 12th or 13th.

I don't think that we're "very weak". I think that there is quality available, but it will take quality to get the most out of it. The question I have is whether or not those making the decisions are capable of fucking Williams off and finding someone better, as easy as that task would seem.

mmmmm, not sure, I think we’re very poor and whilst ultimately it’s the coach’s responsibility there is a serious lack of quality running through this huge squad that we have.

He seems to work for the Reedtz brothers, seems to have a foot in the ownership of Notts county.
Can't see this one being cheap if it's true and we're too happen.

I think personally that the scouting network needs to be extended, we need more scouts working throughout or on the European markets with more in depth research. We look like we are well out with the UK league and are now even struggling to get deals done for young up and coming league 1 players.
