There is merit in playing Key ahead of Ronald on the right

Key gives a better attacking option than offside Ronald

Ronald gives you some pace to cover RB where no doubt the opposite happens he plays them onside

Yes I have wondered about this. Ironically Ronald is a much better tackler than he is a crosser

Surprised Williams didn’t try it, he loved playing players in the wrong position. This may have been the only time it worked.
