I don't know if it's already been covered on the topic, but our attendances this season are actually a bit higher than they were at the start of 2010/11. Indeed, we played Leicester around the same time of the year and there was actually about 2,000 fewer there then than on Saturday.
Our hardcore support seems to have coalesced around the 14,000 mark, which to someone who first started going to The Vetch when a crowd of 4,000 was seen as a good one is still a huge leap for us as a club from those days.
We do have a large floating, or to be uncharitable "glory" support who will start reappearing if we begin to challenge at the top end. That is unlikely to ever change. For me the gaps in the family stand are the biggest concern.
