• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Here's hoping someone goes straight through Deli Ali and stands on fingers as he's getting up.

Keeper has had to take a week off from Sainsbury's for the match - that's what it's all about.

F*ck me, shows how out of touch I am with the PL these days...Joe Hart at Spurs?!

Shame there's no crowd. Would have been great for the locals. I guess half of them can watch from the houses.

In all seriousness, I wonder if there'll be an issue with social distancing and people inviting others over to watch?

On paper, it's a 10-niller, but I wonder if Spurs will take their foot off the gas and stick their U-21s on once they are comfortable.

Saying that, you never know...Marine may shock everyone.
I was wondering something similar. Marine, with all due respect, aren't part of the "elite" sports category, with all their players having real jobs, no bubbles, routine testing presumably? I know it's the FA Cuppppahhh, but it's all a bit hypocritical imo.

Haven't been watching Spurs games but Mourinho coming out 'masked up' said it all.

Just realised that I played there as a younger man.
Son has 50p on Crawley/Marine/Newport.

He should be done for that then being on the Spurs bench.

Since 2016 he’s been to Torino then West Ham, both loans from Man City, then signed by Burnley for a couple of years, then Spurs.

Aye, knew about him at Burnley, had no idea he had signed for Spurs.

Completely misjudged that shot that hit the bar.

I like it.

Should have put money on Spurs to score within 90 seconds of me posting as well.

I know it’s only Marine but Rodon oozes class

Neil Young is the Marine manager, James Joyce their left back, and David Lynch is on the bench.
