He should be done for that then being on the Spurs bench.

I wonder if Bale will end up playing in the US?

Probably somewhere like that or China or the Middle East. After running down his contract at Real first of course. Not being able to crack Spurs' starting line-up doesn't suggest anyone will match his wages next year and he seems determined to collect every penny Madrid owe him.

I don't blame him, but it's a sad end to a great career and I hope I turn out to be wrong.

I wonder if the Euros this summer will be his last hurrah for Wales also?
