That may well be true but it's no excuse for treating the lad like s**t IMO. If he wasn't signed as a first team squad player, he could have stayed on loan at Shrewsbury for a while to get more experience at L1 first team level as he was clearly doing ok there. Every player on our books deserves to be treated with respect unless they have done something that would change that situation.

Only remember seeing him play once for us, and he was okay. Certainly no worse than anyone else.

Yes, we are desperate for a pacy wingback who can cross but seeing him once was enough to know he wasn’t the answer. I’m trying to be as polite as I can in my assessment as he’s only a youngster.
